Taekwon-Do (age 6 yrs+) is considered to be one of the best forms of self defence but also provides an effective method for physical and mental self development. Taekwon-Do is far more than a set of exercises and becomes a part of your way of life.
Kick Boxing (age 12 yrs+) within SCMA combines the power of Taekwon-do kicking with Western boxing and Thai boxing elbows and knees. Kickboxing provides a healthy and fun training environment, perfect for a cardiovascular workout with benefits including fitness and muscle tone
Little Dragons (4-6 yrs) is a detailed curriculum program that focuses on improving children’s basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook.
When is training?
All training takes place in the Sports Hall
Juniors – Tuesday 6-7pm
Adults – Tuesday 7-8pm
Mixed – Thursday 6-7pm
Mixed – Saturday 10-11am
